Terms of membership:

As a full member of Limerick Shojinkai training subscription fees are due each & every month on the 1st of each month by standing order/direct debit.

INCLUDING HOLIDAYS.

The club is running full time all year round & there is no pay as you go policy.

Training is available 12 months a year for all Limerick & Shannon members.

Monthly subscription fees ensure this is the case for ALL members. Remember: when you’re there for class, someone is probably on holidays and their fee ensures there’s training for you, & vice versa. You pay for a place in the class and you ensure that space is kept for the minimum term you paid for.

Please note:

we do not issue refunds, if you buy in error or change your mind. Cancelling your place will ensure you are not liable for any further payments. So if cancelling for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible and you’ll be removed from any future correspondence and your details erased within the correct period.

Tiger Academy classes

You operate on a 3-month block basis EXCLUDING summer time.

*But in order to keep the place for September you pay that block in advance; anytime in the month of June this keeps your place and you will not pay anything upon returning in September.

If the child chooses to not return for any reason please notify us before August 31st & you will be given a FULL REFUND of your Sept-Nov term booking.

If the block begins before you notify us then the refund is invalid. This ensures we have a chance to offer the place to a new student before the block begins.

**This is the only circumstance where we issue a refund.
